ORDER

1. This is an appeal from the judgment of the Family Tribunal given on the 3^rd of March 2008.

2. Going by the record it is evident that both parties have not taken any initiative to prosecute the appeal for the past six years. Obviously the parties are no longer interested in the matter.

3. In the circumstances, I hereby set aside the case. I direct the Registrar of the Supreme Court to remove the case from the list.
