Mrs. Amesbury Attorney at Law for 2nd and 4th Accused

Delivered: 19 July 2016

  1. I have considered the plea in mitigation made by learned counsel for the 2nd and 4th accused. I have also considered the age of the 2nd accused and the fact that she has already been detained for a period of 14 days.
