ORDER
Order of the Court
[1] Following the judgment delivered earlier on in this matter; we hereby vacate, cancel or lift any restrictions order imposed either by the Supreme Court or by the Constitutional Court against parcel T3161.
[2] Further we direct the Land Registrar to remove any restrictions order which affects parcel T3161 which has been imposed by either the Supreme Court or by the Constitutional Court.
Order Accordingly.
