ORDER
On the strength of the receipt produced by Mr. A. Juliette on behalf of the judgment debtor in this matter, I am satisfied that the judgment debt has been fully paid. In the circumstances, I hereby order the release of the motor vehicle, Peugeot Reg No. 1107 from the seizure. I direct the concerned process server to release the said motor vehicle to the owner, Mr. Jim Napoleon of Bel Ombres, Mahe, Seychelles. Since the judgment debt has been fully paid the matter is hereby, set aside.
