ORDER
Inhibition Under Section76 Of The Land Registration Act Cap 107
This is an application for an order of inhibition sought in terms of Section 76(1) of the Land Registration Act, Cap 107. On the strength of the affidavit filed in support of the application, I find it just and necessary that an order of inhibition should be registered against the land Title No. H657 situate at North East Point and registered in the names of Resort Development Limited, pending the outcome of the case in CS 295 of 2006.
Accordingly, I hereby make an order inhibiting the registration of any dealings or making of entries in the Land Register relating to Title No. H657 until this inhibition order is withdrawn by the Applicant or removed by order of the Court.
Further Order
The Land Registrar is to be notified of this order pursuant to Section 76(2) as well as Resort Development Limited (the Respondent in CS 295 of 2006)
