This Court has considered the application filed by the Applicants and the affidavit of one Irakli Gharibashvili as well as the submissions of Mr. Frank Ally. The Court finds the application to be meritorious and accordingly vacates the order of interim injunction that was issued on the 12thday of April, 2007.
