Gaswaga, J
This Court has considered the objection regarding the admissibility of Mr. Paul Philip Pillay’s testimony. Having carefully evaluated it in light of the relevant law and the submissions of both counsel it is hereby ruled that the said evidence is admissible.
This being the gist of my ruling I intend to give the detailed reasoning thereof at a future date to be notified by this Court to the parties.
