Upon perusing the application by Raymonde Marzocchi and upon considering all the pleadings filed on record in light of the prevailing circumstances of the Respondent, Joseph Marzocchi (the husband to the Applicant), it is hereby ordered that the Respondent be further confined by the Ministry of Health Authorities in a mental health facility for further observation, possible treatment and protection.
