[1] Upon consent of parties and their respective counsel who are present in Court I hereby enter judgment for the Plaintiff namely, Mr. Louis Bedier and against the Defendant namely, SACOS Group Limited in the sum of Rs.200,000/- in full and final settlement of the Plaintiff’s claim in this matter. I make no orders as to costs.
[2] Judgment entered accordingly.
