[1]               By a petition dated the 18th March 2011 the petitioner applied to Court for a dissolution of her marriage.  Subsequently both parties defaulted appearance when the case had been fixed for mention on the 27th May 2011.  Since then the case remains pending as the Court has adjourned the matter sine die

[2]               Going by the record, it is evident that the parties are no longer interested in pursuing the case for the past three years. In the circumstances, I hereby dismiss the petition and direct the Registrar of the Supreme Court to remove the case from the list of pending cases.  The file is closed.
