[1]               The petitioner, Agora Trade Inc. (Company Number 017274), is a Seychelles International Business Company. The petitioner was struck off the Register of International Business Companies on the 21st May, 2014.

[2]               The petitioner filed a petition on the 27th May, 2015, supported by an affidavit sworn by Natasha Radysheva, an officer of the company, asking this court to restore its name to the Register of International Business Companies upon payment of all fees payable under the International Business Companies Act, 1994, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Act").

[3]               The respondent did not oppose the application.

[4]               In light of the above, this court makes order restoring the name Agora Trade Inc. to the Register of International Business Companies upon payment, by Agora Trade Inc., to the Registrar of International Business Companies, of all fees payable under the Act.

[5]               A copy of this order to be served on the Registrar of International Business Companies.

[6]               I make no order as to costs.
