[1]               On the basis of the averments in the affidavit of the deponent/petitioner in the main case, Jean-Paul Azemia, the court is satisfied that this is a fit and proper case for the purpose of service out of jurisdiction.

[2]               Hence the court hereby orders that notice is issued on the respondent Mrs Flavienne Auberline Razairizafinonena Beantseva as per the address provided on the notice of motion at Madagascar.
