JUDGMENT

Dodin J

[1]           On the uncontroverted evidences of the petitioner I find that the Petitioner Gonzague Noris Pierre was married to the Respondent Josiane Denise Pierre born Volcere in Seychelles on the 14th day of December 1999.

[2]           There is one child of the marriage namely Collin Steven Pierre born in 1993 prior to the marriage and is now of age.

[3]           I find that the parties have been living separately and apart for a continuous period of at least 1 year, immediately prior to the presentation of this petition and that the Respondent consent to grant the divorce.  I also find that there is no possibility of reconciliation between the parties.

[4]           I therefore grant a conditional order of divorce in favour of the Petitioner which order shall be made absolute at the expiration of 6 weeks from today.

Signed, dated and delivered at Ile du Port on 14th January 2015.
