So there being no objection on the part of Learned Counsel for the Respondent representing Mr Gianni Bordiino, the Court will accordingly make the following orders:-

That Inspector Terrence Rosline be appointed as Receiver in the place of Mr Heins Prinsloo, in respect of the specified property the subject matter of orders in this case..
