Any person who is guilty of an offence under this Act shall on conviction be liable–26. Revocation of licence upon conviction
The Board may revoke a licence where the holder of a licence granted by the Board–27. Compounding of offences

29. Transfer of assets and liabilities
The movable and immovable property vested in and managed by, and the assets, rights, privileges, liabilities and obligations of, the Seychelles Licensing Authority constituted under the Licences Act 1986 shall stand transferred to the Authority established by this Act upon the coming into operation of this Act.30.
